What is North Circle?

Local, Healthy, Sustainable

The North Circle Online Farmers Market consists of more than a dozen small local farmers and producers, who are either certified organic or using organic farming practices and want to grow healthy food for our East Central community. .

In 2016, the North Circle Food Hub offered an online ordering service so customers could shop from any of the participating farms and pick up in front of County Market. In 2017, we continued this service and increased convenience by adding more drop sites and a larger window of time to pick up your produce. Since then, we’ve expanded to include more farms and more drop sites across the region, including home delivery. Subscribe to our e-mail newsletter to stay connected.

The North Circle Online Farmers Market, sponsored by the Women’s Environmental Institute, provides information, resources and education to farmers interested in transitioning to organically certified production. By connecting with the North Circle Online Farmers Market, small farms and market gardeners can get assistance with farming plans, marketing, and distribution, in turn creating extra revenue for our local farmers, while keeping our money local. Why buy organic lettuce from California when it can be grown here? North Circle is an active farmer network with a vision of a regional food system connecting local consumers with local farmers.
